These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sitimax (“Sitimax”, “we”, “us”) regarding your use of sitimax.com and its content and features (the “Service”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Sitimax is a discovery and comparison platform for travel — flights, hotels, transfers, tours and experiences. We help you find and compare options and then connect you to third-party providers to complete a booking. Sitimax is not a travel agency and does not sell travel services itself. We are not a party to any booking you make with a provider.

When you book a flight, stay, transfer, tour or experience, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant provider. Their own terms, pricing, availability, cancellation and refund policies apply. Prices and availability shown on Sitimax are provided by partners and may change or be unavailable by the time you book. Please confirm all details with the provider before purchasing.

Some links on Sitimax are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

If you submit content — such as community posts, reviews or comments — you keep ownership of it, but you grant Sitimax a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it in connection with the Service. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing. We may review, edit or remove content at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• scrape, copy or resell content without permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• post spam, malware or content that infringes others' rights.

The Sitimax name, logo, design, text and other original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that content, prices or availability are complete, current or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Your use of the Service and any provider you book with is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitimax is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
